Alba Viana 

Founder & CEO

Alba Gomes is the Founder and CEO of 4Future Learning, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women, teenagers, and underserved communities through English education and leadership development.

With more than 20 years of experience in leadership, human resources, and organizational strategy, she previously served as Managing Director of a large engineering company leading strategic initiatives that improved operations and organizational performance. 

Alba also has 10 years of experience as a college professor and online instructor, developing courses and educational content focused on communication, leadership, and professional development. Today, she focuses on expanding access to education, mentorship, and global opportunities through 4Future Learning.

Mandy Coughenour

Board Member

Mandy Coughernour is the National Sales Manager for the George DeLallo Company and brings extensive experience in sales leadership and business development.

She proudly serves as a Board Member of 4Future, supporting the organization’s mission to empower communities through education and opportunity. Mandy believed in Alba’s vision from the beginning and joined the board with a genuine desire to help create a better future for children and women.

Eduarda Gomes

Co‑Founder & College Ambassador

Eduarda Gomes is a Co‑Founder of 4Future Learning and currently studies Legal Studies, preparing for a future career in law.

She serves as a College Ambassador, helping connect universities and students with the mission of 4Future. Eduarda supports outreach initiatives, promotes educational opportunities, and encourages young people to engage in leadership and community service.

Her passion for justice, education, and global opportunity reflects the next generation of leaders committed to making a positive impact.

Gabriela Fazolato

English Instructor

Gabriela Fazolato holds a degree in History and a Master’s degree in the same field. She also works professionally as a translator and subtitle specialist, contributing to television series and documentaries.

At 4Future, Gabriela teaches English to adults and teenagers. She believes language learning is a powerful tool for transformation and personal independence.

Her teaching approach focuses on practical communication, confidence building, and creating a supportive learning environment for students.

Carol Larson

Advisory Board / Strategic Advisors

Carol Larson is the CEO and founder of Larson Accounting Group, a firm established in Central Florida since 2004. With over 20 years of accounting experience in the United States, she specializes in pre-immigration tax planning, international tax strategies, and accounting advisory services for foreign investors.

Born in Campo Grande, Brazil, Carol moved to Orlando in 1999, where she discovered her passion for accounting. Today, she is a Senior Accountant (EA, CAA) and holds an International Taxation certification from the AICPA, providing services with excellence across Brazil, the United States, and Europe.

Carol takes great pride in supporting the 4Future project. She believed in Alba’s vision and prepared all the necessary documentation for 4Future’s official recognition with the U.S. Government—at no additional cost. Her support was essential in making the 4Future dream possible.

Erika Miana

Guest Speaker & Community Advocate

Erika Miana is a lawyer and community advocate deeply committed to supporting women, families, and vulnerable communities.

For more than a decade, she has organized charitable initiatives and outreach campaigns, connecting people who want to help with communities in need.

Erika also manages Pousada Bom Pastor, a senior residence in Brazil, where she works closely with older adults and promotes dignity, care, and quality of life for seniors.

Through this experience, she contributes valuable knowledge to support 4Future’s initiatives involving senior communities in the United States, helping develop programs that connect generations through learning and mentorship.

Desirée Couri

Guest Speaker (Communication & Media)

Desirée Couri is a journalist with a degree from UFJF (Federal University of Juiz de Fora) and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

She holds specializations in Event Management, Digital Narratives (PUC‑RJ), and Strategic Corporate Communication and Crisis Management (FAAP – São Paulo).

Desirée is the Executive Director of Mais Comunicação, host of the podcast “Além do Mais”, and host of the web series “Conta Mais – A Realidade Sem Filtro.”

At 4Future, she collaborates as a guest speaker and workshop facilitator, sharing her expertise in communication, media, and strategic storytelling to help participants strengthen their voice, confidence, and leadership skills.

Jociane Cirilo

Community Partner (Brazil)

Jociane Cirilo is a pastor, mentor, wife, mother, and grandmother who serves alongside her husband, Pastor Daniel Cirilo, at Comunidade Evangélica Vida em Cristo in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Together they opened the doors of their church to host the 4Future classroom, allowing children and women from the community to access education and new opportunities.

Her partnership helps bring the 4Future mission to vulnerable communities.
